About the Role We're looking for a Senior AMS Field Enablement Activation Partner (Bilingual Spanish) to help bring enablement to life in the field. In this role, you'll work directly with sales leaders and customer-facing teams across the Americas to accelerate skill development, drive adoption of global enablement programs, and reinforce the behaviors that improve sales performance. You'll serve as the critical connection between the field and our global enablement organization, translating field insights into action while ensuring programs are effectively activated, adopted, and measured across the region. Success in this role requires firsthand sales experience, exceptional facilitation skills, a deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. This role reports to the Director of AMS Field Activation Enablement. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico. In this role, you will: • Serve as the primary field activation partner for sales leaders and customer-facing teams across the Americas. • Facilitate instructor-led training, leadership sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and field activations in both English and Spanish. • Drive adoption of global enablement programs by translating them into relevant, actionable experiences for field teams. • Partner with sales leaders to identify business priorities, perform
