WFM enables contact centers to forecast demand, plan staffing, create schedules, and manage their workforce. You will also work across broader company initiatives to incorporate agentic workflows into the contact center space. This is a full-stack role with equal emphasis on frontend and backend. You’ll independently deliver scoped features across the React frontend and TypeScript backend. You’ll work with Product, Design, and Engineering to turn customer needs into reliable and maintainable features, while collaborating closely with peers to raise the team’s technical bar.
