The two jobs: apply, then ace

The app does two things in order. Knowing the flow makes everything else click.

InterviewHack has two jobs, in funnel order. First, get you the interview: a CV tailored per posting that beats the ATS, plus an optimized LinkedIn. Second, help you ace it: a researched dossier on the exact role and the people who'll interview you, a prep course, and a live AI mock you rehearse out loud.

The sidebar mirrors this: CV and LinkedIn are the "apply" side; Interviews, Courses and Practice are the "ace" side. Start wherever you are — chasing a specific role? Tailor the CV. Already have an interview booked? Jump to the dossier and the live call.

  • Two jobs: get the interview, then ace it
  • Apply side: CV tailoring + LinkedIn
  • Ace side: dossier + prep course + live mock
  • Start from wherever you are in the search
  1. 1Tailor a CV for a posting
  2. 2Optimize LinkedIn
  3. 3Generate the interview dossier
  4. 4Take the prep course
  5. 5Rehearse in the live call

Where are you right now — still applying, or do you have an interview booked?

Applying → start in the CV tab. Interview booked → generate the dossier for that role and open its prep course.

Tailor a CV that beats the ATS

Most CVs are filtered by software before a human sees them. This is where you win that.

Open the CV tab, add your CV once, then paste a job link. The app crosses your experience against that exact posting, mirrors the keywords the ATS screens for, and gives you a match score plus an application kit (cover letter + recruiter message). Everything is built from your real CV — nothing invented.

Do this per posting, not once. The same base CV, re-aimed at each role, is what lifts you above the fold. The match panel tells you what's strong and what's missing before you apply.

  • Add your CV once, then tailor per posting
  • The ATS analysis mirrors real screening keywords
  • You also get a cover letter + recruiter outreach
  • Re-aim per role — don't reuse one generic CV

Paste a real posting into the CV tab — what's your match score, and what's flagged missing?

Add the missing keywords you honestly have, regenerate, and your score (and your odds) climb.

Know who interviews you

This is the moat — a chatbot can't research the actual people on your panel.

From a single job link, the app generates an interview dossier: what the company really does, how you fit, a game plan, 12 likely questions with strong answers, and research on the kind of people who'll interview you. This is what generic prep can't do — it's aimed at your exact role and panel.

Read it once to orient, then let the prep course and the live call turn it into something you can actually say out loud.

  • One job link → a full researched dossier
  • Fit, game plan, 12 questions, interviewer research
  • Aimed at your exact role, not generic advice
  • The dossier feeds the course and the live call

Generate a dossier for a role you'd want. Which of the 12 questions worries you most?

That one's your starting point — take it into the prep course and rehearse it in the live call.

Rehearse out loud

Reading answers isn't saying them. The gap between the two is where interviews are lost.

Each interview gets a prep course — a module-by-module path (concepts, the line to say, drills, traps) that takes you to 100% ready. And the live call is an AI interviewer you actually talk to: it asks, you answer out loud, it coaches you. That's the rehearsal that changes how you walk in.

Your readiness climbs as you complete course modules and practice live. Aim for the "Ready to walk in" badge before the real thing.

  • The prep course turns the dossier into a completable path
  • The live call makes you say answers out loud
  • Readiness rises with modules done + live reps
  • Target the 'Ready to walk in' badge
  1. 1Open the interview's prep course
  2. 2Complete the modules
  3. 3Rehearse each in the live call
  4. 4Hit 100% ready

Have you said a full answer out loud yet — not read it, said it?

If not, that's today's move: one live call, one question, out loud. It's the single biggest confidence jump.

Get discovered

The more you prepare here, the more companies can find you — turn practice into inbound.

If you opt in to "open to work", companies looking for prepared talent can discover you — and the more you practice, the higher you rank, because readiness is the signal we show them. It's a gift, not fine print: you stay in control and can turn it off anytime.

So the practice you do to ace one interview also works for you in the background across the marketplace.

  • Opt in to be discovered by hiring partners
  • More practice ⇒ higher rank (readiness is the signal)
  • You stay in control — reversible anytime
  • Prep works double: for your interview and for inbound

Is 'open to work' something you'd switch on now or later?

Either is fine — but every course module and live call you do makes that switch more valuable when you flip it.

Now do it for your real interview

InterviewHack builds a course tailored to your CV and every interview — with who's interviewing you and a live mock to rehearse out loud.
