About the role Banks, insurers, lenders, and wealth firms are all asking the same question: how do we move from chat-only to voice and AI agents without regulatory, brand, or operational blowback? You'll own our North America enterprise motion in financial services and be the person who answers it, with customers, partners, and the C-suite.
