Your role As a Sr. Payroll Analyst, you’ll own end-to-end US and international payroll processing, reconciliations, and GL accounting. You’ll partner closely with third-party vendors, People Operations, Finance, and Treasury to streamline cross-functional payroll workflows and resolve complex issues. You’ll also help create robust payroll journal entries and GL reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting and resolve variances. In addition, you’ll help bring continuous process improvements, seamless system integrations, and multi-country tax and regulatory compliance to our expanding global operations. This position reports to our Sr. Manager, Global Payroll, and has the opportunity to be based in our Austin, Tempe, or Bay Area office.
